Using Smore

You may use Smore only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for your account, your activity, and the content you submit to the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant Smore the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and transmit that content to operate and improve the service for you.

Acceptable use

Do not use Smore to violate the rights of others, create or distribute unlawful or harmful material, probe or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or introduce malicious code.

Beta service

Smore may include beta or experimental features that change, fail, or become unavailable. Keep independent copies of important work. We may modify or discontinue features as the product develops.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end access when necessary to protect Smore or its users, respond to legal requirements, or address a material violation of these terms.

Disclaimers

Smore is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that generated output will be accurate, unique, or suitable for a particular purpose.
